River Soar 23-06-2011

Had another go at the top end of the weir island tonight still using same rigs and bait but moved upstream one peg, the water was quite shallow in this peg so I only gave it an hour until I moved back to the peg I caught in last time. Started having lots of liners at one point the hanger flew up and smashed into the rod I was sure of a take soon. Nothing happened so packed up and went home really need some rain the river is so low and clear at the minute, well till next time……
